Kosar, lisede okuyan genç bir kızdır. Afgan sınırına yakın Sistan-Belucistan eyaletinde küçük bir köyde yaşamaktadır ve o bölgedeki tüm genç kızlar gibi, kabile geleneğine göre evlenmek zorundadır. Kosar'ın üniversiteye gitme hayali vardır. İran'ın güneydoğusunda kuraklık ve ince toz bulutlarının yayılmasıyla hayalleri yavaş yavaş kaybolmaktadır.Kosar is a teenage girl studying in high school. She lives in a small village in the province of Sistan and Baluchistan near Afgan border, and like all teenage girls in that region she has to get married according to a tribal tradition. Kosar has a dream of going to university. Her dreams are gradually moving away from her in the midst of droughts and the spread of fine dust in the southeast of Iran
